Physical Security

Physical Security can be protected by using many ways such as, locks or access codes, which could stop people from actively going into the server / computer room and destroying things on purpose.
Some things can not be stopped but can be prevented against from causing damage, such as anti fire doors/mats, or installing rubber tight seals / moving things higher up a server rack.

Standard locks and access keypads could be breached if you know how, and magnetic swipe cards could be stolen, allowing you access.
Anti fire and flood protection is harder to breach if it is installed correctly.

An anti virus piece of software could work together with a fire-wall to help prevent viruses and other infections from getting into the system. The 2 pieces of software work together to form a barrier and a remover, stopping most threats of viruses.
