Regarding your complaint
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience to you and your daughter and regret that you where directed to and bought a display copy.
I have investigated this and have found out that Alex was new at the store and did not fully understand that this was a display copy, containing nothing.
He has since undergone more training and is now fully aware of how the shop works.
I ensure you that I will do everything to stop this from happening again, as now new staff will get trained within a few days of them beginning work at our store.
