Data types

1) There are 9 types of data, these are:

Text – Things that need letters.
Number – Things that need normal numbers.
Memo – Same as text.
Date/Time – Things that need the date or the time.
Currency – For things that need money values.
Auto Number – Automaticly Generated Numbers.
Yes/No – Things that require a yes or no answer.
OLE Object – Things like pictures.
Hyperlink – For links to other sites.

2) Data validation may not be accurate due to user error.

3) A paper based database system will not be useful inside a bank, due to the figures starting to get to complicated for pen and paper.
The database on the computer is more powerfull
